You Are the Cause and You Are the Effect
Look in the mirror and repeat after me:
I am the cause, I am the effect, I am the future.
Why is this happening in my life? Why am I in this situation? Why do I feel this way? Why do I behave like this? Why did I say that? Why do I think this way? The answer to everything can be found in the mirror.
The beauty of creation
Each of us creates our own reality. The teacher held a glass half full of water in front of us. The cup and the water were the same for everyone. The way we experienced it was different. The classroom was filled with all kinds of emotional reactions. Someone was reminded of watering flowers, another of the milk spilled on the table in the morning, one thought of the water shortage at the summer cottage where you can't flush the toilet every time, someone else thought of an Instagram video about optimism… Everyone looked at the same glass from their own reality.
Not only half full
And not only half empty, but countless variations. That glass is an object. It is the same for everyone. So why is the world full of different glasses? Because each of us is different. Situations and backgrounds vary. If you need a glass, the person next to you cannot tell you that. You are the answer.
