Terms of Order

  1. Placing an Order: The customer can place an order in our online store by selecting the desired products and adding them to the shopping cart. Confirming the order requires the customer to provide the necessary information and accept these terms of order.
  2. Payment Method: Payment is made at checkout using the available payment methods. The order will be processed only after successful payment.
  3. Order Confirmation: The customer will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as the order is accepted.
  4. Product Availability: If a product is out of stock, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to offer an alternative product or cancel the order.
  5. Prices: All prices are in euros (EUR) and include value-added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellation: The customer may cancel their order before it is processed by contacting our customer service at info@byjanica.fi. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  2. Special Products: Products made to order or customized for the customer cannot be canceled or returned unless they are defective or damaged.
  3. Refunds: If the order is canceled before processing, the customer will receive a full refund using the same payment method used for the order

Return Policy

  1. Return Rights: The customer has the right to return an unused and original condition product within 14 days of receiving the order.
  2. Return Process: Contact our customer service at info@byjanica.fi for instructions on how to make a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
  3. Refunds: Once the return is received and approved, we will refund the customer for the product price using the same payment method used for the order. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of accepting the return.
  4. Defective or Damaged Products: If a product is defective or damaged, we offer a replacement product or a full refund, including shipping costs.
